The handling/processing of milk in Dairy at various stages of operations are as follows:
I) Milk collection and transportation of milk from collection points /chilling centers.
II) Milk reception and quality assessment.
III) Milk processing and product making.
IV) Storage in cold room.
V) Marketing of milk, standardized milk, curd & Milk products and distribution mainly through insulated vehicle for long distance & covered vehicles for others.
The entire process operations are carried out as per flow charts, HACCP Plans.
