On seeing market requirement and customers are unique and believe in quality and rendering service to them, we also sell milk in 250 ml packs ,which is advantages, so that even poor/economically weaker section consumer also benefited .
The following systems/channels are being used for marketing purpose.
1. Through retailers at different cities like Chitradurga, Tumkur, Chickmangalore, Bangalore (Rural & Urban), Mandya, etc.,
2. Parlor Sale: We have established well equipped parlor with cold chain facilities in Kunigal. However at out stations milk being sold through Retailers/trade customers. The trucks/insulated vehicles, deliver milk to retailers before 5 am every day and milk is arranged for Day Sales Agents also in needy places In Kolar Area,they in turn sell milk to customers. Toned milk, Shub Gold, Standardized milk,Full Cream Milk will be sold at with MRP at per with market for customers respectively.
3. Direct sale to hotels/institutions /Prestigious establishments /other dairies in our state and others.
4. Further surplus milk being converted into skim milk powder/Butter and sold/used for our reconstitution during lean season.
General Manager (Marketing) in turn appointed New Heads for 2 more Marketing offices at Bangalore in addition to additional Sales /Marketing Executives and monitored closely through various meetings under the guidance of Promoter himself/General Manager(Operations)/Dy. General manager (Operations).
Also appointed HRD i/c recently to strengthen employee’s well fare, training etc.
REGULATIONS IN DAIRY INDUSTRY: The statutory licenses and statutory requirements are being met.
